ROSA BLANCO: She made her public debut at the age of sixteen with the Chamber Orchestra of the Municipal Conservatory of Music of Pozuelo de Alarcón, in Granada, Warsaw and Poznan. Since then, she has performed in numerous venues throughout Spain, as well as in France, Poland and Germany, both as a soloist and in various chamber ensembles.

She studied at the Municipal Conservatory of Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). She then entered the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid, under Professor J. López Gimeno, where she obtained her Higher Degree in Piano. At the same time, she studied Art History (UCM) and Philosophy (UNED). After this period of training, and with the aim of furthering her studies, she moved to Cologne (Germany) to study at the Musikhochschule Köln under the guidance of professor and pianist Nina Tichman.

Rosa has participated in various advanced and musical performance courses with professors Peter Bithell (Guidhall School of Music and Drama), Anna Jastrebska (Chopin Academy, Warsaw), Almudena Cano and Ana Guijarro (Royal Conservatory of Music, Madrid), Antonio Iglesias and Manuel Carra (International University Course, Santiago de Compostela), Sébastien Risler (Conservatory of Music, Geneva) and Galina Iwanzowa (Musikhochschule Hans Eisler, Berlin).

She has been recognised in various competitions in her field (City of Linares Competition, Yamaha Scholarships). In 2000, she was selected to perform as a soloist with an orchestra in the Music and Theatre at the Royal Sites series at the Basilica of the Monastery of San Lorenzo del Escorial. That same year, she participated as a guest pianist in the V Jornadas Orensanas de Música, after winning the Rosa Sabater Prize for the best interpretation of Spanish music, awarded by the jury of the International Music Course of Santiago de Compostela.

Javier Otero Neira defines himself as a multifaceted and experimental artist.

Classically trained, he began his studies in his hometown, A Estrada, and completed them at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. He has always been interested in avant-garde music. It was during those years that he forged his personality as a musician and pianist and developed his interest in new concert formats and new music. His versatility led him to sign a contract as a Yamaha Artist in 2018.

Winner of first prizes in national and international competitions, he decided to embark on his own path in the professional world. He has made recordings for RNE Radio Clásica, Radio Galega, TVE, TVG and Croatian Television.

In 2014, he decided to create his own record label, with which he released: ‘Impromptus’ (Schubert, Chopin, Fauré), ‘Galician Folk Songs’ (Galician Composers), “Vibrations” (Rautavaara, Prokofiev, Ginastera), ‘Intuition vol I&II’ (Javier Otero), ‘Nocturnos’ (Chopin, Fauré). His album “Reconstrucción” marked a turning point in his career as a creator, as well as a performer. ‘Cantigas dos Arrieiros’ (music inspired by the Camiño da Geira e dos Arrieiros), Variaciones (with Malaga-based producer CheapMonk), as well as singles with Adrián Solla, Seimeira, and the rework for Deninghures Yalah, as well as with Galician artist Guadi Galego (Tribua).

In 2022, he released his album ‘Saraiba’, which led him to perform an orchestral version for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Galicia, as part of the project called ‘Xogo de Espellos’, which premiered at the Auditorium of Galicia in 2023.
