Synopsis

At the South Pole, one of the few places on the planet that remains in its most natural state, we find penguins, those cute little animals whose clumsy elegance reminds us so much of ourselves.

The Pingüin family, the protagonists of this story, live in enviable harmony. Mama Pingüin takes care of the house in the mornings and goes fishing in the afternoons. Papa Pingüin goes fishing in the mornings and takes care of the house in the afternoons, while little Bobo does what he likes best: eating and playing all day long.

But something is changing. Bobo is about to embark on an amazing adventure: today his parents have told him that he is going to have a little brother!

Through the amusing adventures of a little penguin, everyday situations between parents and children are dealt with in a humorous way.

With BoBo, we address the difficult situation a child faces when he has to share his parents' love and attention with a new member of the family. Our “dethroned prince” must overcome this challenge by realizing that he has gained a friend for life.

Due to its theme, BoBo is a puppet show ideal for school and family audiences ages 3 and up.

The play is based on the novel of the same name by Susan Hill and was adapted for the stage by Stephen Mallatratt in 1987. As a new feature, the conceptual aspect of the performance has been enhanced with the set design and costumes. It has also been given new and magical effects that enhance the world of the beyond so that the audience can enjoy an immersive experience of terror. It is a fascinating and appealing genre for the public, both in literature and on the small and big screen, but one that has rarely been brought to the theater. In addition, the text connects with the most animalistic essence of human beings, making it impossible not to identify with it.

Prepare your five senses and be alert because you are going to feel FEAR...

How can we summarise a show like ‘Misery Class’ in less than 350 words, considering the wide range of current issues addressed in the show and Goyo Jiménez's psychotic tendency to ramble?

To begin with, we could dispense with the plural ‘we could’, since this synopsis is written by one person: me, Goyo Jiménez. Yes, the same person you just labelled as having a ‘psychotic propensity to ramble’ and who, therefore, is reading what you write, my friend.

But perhaps you've hit the nail on the head, and that could be precisely what stands out when summarising ‘Misery Class’. This new show stems from my view of the world as a person and not as a character. Dazzled by the artist and creator that everyone enjoys, we often forget that inside Goyo Jiménez, that is, inside me, there is a person. Yes, me.

A simple person who observes the amazing panorama of our times with the same bewilderment as most people. Although I offer ingenious and hilarious solutions to look to the future with optimism. I am empathetic, I put myself in other people's shoes with humility, I respect everyone equally, even those who are less, who are the majority, that is, one of us. Someone like anyone else, like you or me.

Well, except me. Because I'm different. I mean, Goyo Jiménez, that is. There have always been classes, my dear.

SYNOPSIS

Achilles, son of the goddess Thetis and the mortal Peleus, was one of the great heroes of Greek mythology. Of all those who fought in the Trojan War, he was the most renowned. His role in the war was decisive for the victory of the Greeks. Despite his superhuman qualities, Achilles was mortal. Achilles' extreme strength, cruelty, arrogance, and beauty became the prototype for all those who would pay to live an illustrious, dangerous, and fast-paced life.

Achilles enters Calpe standing over 5 meters tall. It is a visually stunning spectacle that fascinates everyone who comes to see Achilles walk along the Fossa promenade.
